Our residents were pampered this weekend during Nail Spa Saturday!

Everyone enjoyed fresh nails and got to pick out their own lip gloss or chapstick, lotion, and perfume. It was a fun and relaxing way to feel refreshed, confident, and cared for.

We are extremely proud to announce that Jennifer has been named a Frontline Honors Class of 2025, and this recognition could not be more deserved!

As a Unit Manager at Madison Health & Rehabilitation Center, Jennifer is known for doing far more than her job. She is a tireless advocate for residents, a leader on the floor, and a powerful voice for dignity, respect, and quality care. Her passion for nursing advocacy shows in every interaction, from the way she connects with residents to the way she fights for their health and well-being.

Jennifer has stepped up in critical roles including interim Unit Manager and Infection Control lead, consistently excelling with integrity, professionalism, and heart. She navigates constant change, complex regulations, and high-pressure situations while never losing sight of what matters most, providing exceptional care for both short-term patients and long-term residents.

Her leadership has transformed teams, strengthened outcomes, and inspired everyone around her to raise the standard of care. Jennifer is not only a top performer in her profession, she is a beacon for what frontline healthcare should look like.

Our residents completed their second round of ceramics, enjoyed puzzle time to support cognition and fine motor skills, and spent time with our therapy dogs, who visit every other Saturday to support psychosocial well-being.
