As a Unit Manager at Madison Health & Rehabilitation Center, Jennifer is known for doing far more than her job. She is a tireless advocate for residents, a leader on the floor, and a powerful voice for dignity, respect, and quality care. Her passion for nursing advocacy shows in every interaction, from the way she connects with residents to the way she fights for their health and well-being.
Jennifer has stepped up in critical roles including interim Unit Manager and Infection Control lead, consistently excelling with integrity, professionalism, and heart. She navigates constant change, complex regulations, and high-pressure situations while never losing sight of what matters most, providing exceptional care for both short-term patients and long-term residents.
