Meet Bailey Arrington, part of the Professional Eyecare team in Madison.

For more than a year now, Bailey has been one of our dedicated technicians, helping prepare patients for their exams.

"I have always loved helping people, so getting to be a part of helping people get their vision corrected is amazing," said Bailey.

Her favorite moments are hearing how clearly patients can see again after cataract surgery.

"It fills my heart with so much joy hearing how happy our patients are and how grateful they are to see the world again," said Bailey. "It always makes me proud when a patient tells me how nice or how good a job I’ve done; it’s a very rewarding feeling."

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys reading scary books and spending time with her boyfriend and family.
