7 weeks ago I started a two week reset (removing all inflammatory items from my foods) and I’m happy to say, I have never felt better.
I don’t think it’s any coincidence that everyone keeps complimenting my skin either . 🥰
That’s why I decided to keep it going. After many conversations with my friends and clients, I felt that I should put together a simple shopping list to help you take small actionable steps. 🙌🏼
Now, I know we have a holiday approaching and it’s a time of indulgence. I don’t want you to think of this as not enjoying yourself— because I 💯 plan to have mashed potatoes, gravy and all the apple pie my heart desires next week while celebrating the holiday. You should too!
Remember, it’s NOT about taking things away all together (unless you have an allergy), but rather bringing in goodness that outweighs the bad. I honestly live by the 80/20 rule and encourage you to find what works for you.
But, you won’t know what works until you try to remove some of the known culprits. By culprits I mean the foods that cause so much inflammation and damage to our bodies. Food truly heals. From a skincare standpoint, it’s as powerful, if not more than the products you use.
