What skincare questions do you want answered?

Do you pay attention to what ingredients are in your products and what they do for your skin? If not, I’m here to remind you- you should!

All too often I see clients loading their skin with too many active ingredients because they aren’t paying attention to what’s actually IN their products. When you over treat, you are disrupting your skin barrier, the baseline for healthy skin.

Less is more. A gentle cleanser is always recommended. Exfoliate minimally (maybe 1x week in the winter). Protect your skin with antioxidants (like vitamin C) and wear SPF daily. Hydrate like a champ…because hydrated skin ALWAYS looks better! Of course, there are some modifications for oily or acne skin, but even for this skin type, treating your skin gently is best.

Personally, I’m feeling called to get grounded in my home life which includes getting serious about what HOME actually looks like.

I’m also reviewing my commitments and making sure they align with what I need. I will also be letting go of “outdated structures” that no longer fit.

Lastly, I’m focusing more on my physical well-being through easy routines rather than intense, short-term bursts of effort. Consistency for the win! 💪🏼

Cold air, dry indoor heat, and lower humidity all pull moisture from the skin this time of year. And while most people reach for a heavier moisturizer, that alone won’t prevent the dryness, dullness, or early signs of aging
that often show up in winter. ❄️

The good news? The most common winter skin mistakes are easy to correct. And the payoff is brighter, firmer, more resilient skin all season long. 🙌🏼✨

🧴Forgetting SPF
UVA rays barely drop in strength during winter, and they pass straight through clouds and windows. That means your skin is still exposed (and vulnerable) even on freezing,
gray days spent mostly indoors.

🍊Skipping Vitamin C
Many think Vitamin C is a summer staple, but winter is when skin needs antioxidant support the most. Free radicals from indoor heat, UV exposure, and cold air can speed
up dullness and uneven tone.

🫠Neglecting the Neck
