Touch Of Heaven Therapeutic & Wellness Massage Policies
My goal is to provide a calm, safe, and respectful environment for every client. Please review my set policies
I offer my professional services with care, mutual respect and understanding. Thank you for respecting these policies and supporting a safe, welcoming healing space.
APPOINTMENTS
Sessions are by appointment only. Please arrive on time so you can receive your full session.
New clients will be asked to complete a brief intake form before their appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee still applies.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee up to the full service amount.
This policy helps respect the time set aside for you.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.
Accepted forms of payment include:
• Check
• Cash
Gift certificates or prepaid sessions must be presented at the time of service.
Client Health & Communication
Please inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or recent surgeries prior to your session.
Massage and wellness services are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.
If anything during your session feels uncomfortable or painful please communicate so adjustments of pressure can be made.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a situation is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside my scope of practice.
