In honor of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, the PSI Mississippi Chapter is proud to partner with JXN Motherhood to host a free community Pilates experience created especially for moms. Featuring Pilates Instructor Pailin Piper Berry!

This special event is an opportunity to come together for movement, connection, and wellness as we celebrate Mother’s Day and raise awareness about maternal mental health Guided by Muscle Mommy Pilates, this experience is designed to create a safe and supportive space for moms to rest, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and one another.

I know I’ve been quiet on socials lately, but it’s because I’ve been working towards a wonderful new accomplishment. I’m excited to share that I passed my PMH-C (perinatal mental health certification) exam this morning! It means so much to me to serve the pregnant and postpartum population and help improve outcomes for mothers, babies, and their partners, especially in Mississippi. Thanks to Postpartum Support International for the wonderful training in September and providing great resources for providers and clients.
