The Bardo represents the space between life and death, a purgatory of sorts. This often happens after experiencing big life changes that bring us to a space that isn’t quite where we’re going yet definitely not where we’ve been. It’s important in situations like these that you take some time to gather yourself so that the choices you make are not motivated by a stress response but what you truly desire moving forward. The nothing is an odd place to be, try to be grateful for your next chapter. It’s yours to write any way you see fit.

Living an authentic life requires vulnerability.
Vulnerability is vital in order to have healthy relationships with others and yourself. With someone you trust, I challenge you to be vulnerable today- whatever that means to you. You could reach out to a friend to tell them you appreciate them. You could show gratitude to a family member. You could tell your spouse you think they're the bee's knees, whatever feels natural but also feels vulnerable. It does not have to be a grand gesture, although if that's you, go for it. Afterwards, pat yourself on the back for completing a task that most people find extremely difficult and for talking action in order to strengthen your relationships and your self-confidence.
