Focus is on you

Your needs are different every day.

I view my job each session to be supportive of your own body’s ability to heal itself; my skillset as support for your innate capacity to recover and find balance. The tools I use and routine I follow varies from client to client, and session to session. I take into account what your concerns are that day, and will come up with a plan that suits your needs. Some days, this may be the need to relax and destress; other days, this may be an issue of chronic pain that needs focused work and care.

The tools I have in my β€œbelt” to approach and help you find relaxation are a strong background in Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Foot Reflexology, Myofascial Trigger Point release, Sports Massage, Stretching, and Deep Tissue. In any given session, all of these modalities are available to best support your body healing itself.

I am a 2018 graduate of the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, in Albuquerque, NM, one of the oldest massage schools in the country. I found massage through my recovery from a fall off my bicycle in 2014 that tore my meniscus. The human body, its connections and intricacies, are forever fascinating to me!
