MARCH WEEK ONE CHECK IN 🚶🚶♀️🌿
Our March Wellness Challenge is officially underway, and we hope you’ve had a chance to get outside and take a few walks this week.
Remember, the goal is simple: a 5 to 10 minute walk a couple of times each week. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Just a few minutes of fresh air and movement can make a real difference.
