**Meet the Staff Monday: Joey Tackett, Nurse Practitioner**

Joey has been in the nursing field since 2012 and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2019. He’s passionate about helping and serving others—whether caring for patients with acute illnesses or helping those managing chronic conditions improve their health and quality of life.

Joey is excited to join the MS Express Health team and provide care for the community where he lives, working alongside a team that strives to deliver exceptional patient care and a meaningful experience at every visit.

He has been married to his wife, Meredith, for 10 years, and they have an adorable 8-year-old daughter, Addi. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Joey cheering her on at the soccer field or spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and managing land for God’s wildlife.

Growing up around healthcare, Ana Kelly always knew she wanted to help people. She loves that MS Express Health feels like family — and she treats every patient like one of her own.
Outside of work, she’s spending time with her husband, Elliott, their sweet 4-year-old, Bennett, or enjoying the outdoors hunting with friends and family.

We’re excited to welcome Scarlet as our new Director of Business Development at MS Express Health!

With over a decade of clinic leadership and management experience, Scarlet brings both expertise and vision to our growing team. She will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, strengthening community relationships, and overseeing our Occupational Health program.

Scarlet is passionate about helping employers care for their greatest asset — their employees — and is dedicated to promoting workplace health and safety across our community.

In addition to her role with MS Express Health, she proudly serves as Vice President of the Madison County Chamber, further demonstrating her commitment to local business and community impact.

Outside of work, she’s a big fan of Tennessee Volunteers football, is married to Rob Middleton, and loves her fur baby, Lily. 🧡
