Core lessons:

• Marketing is a 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 of growth. Revenue is a lagging one.
• Use AI to batch, schedule, and repurpose content.
• Learn your ideal customer profile (ICP) and speak their language.
• Stay human where it matters—personal onboarding, brand voice, and strategy.

At Connecting the Dots (7/15/2025), Daniel G. Guerra Jr. shared the blueprint for moving from hustle to scale in his talk, "Scale Like a Boss."

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀:

• 𝘚𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩. It’s building smarter systems and a team that runs when you’re not in the room.
• Know your $10/hr vs. $1,000/hr tasks.
• Delegate early. Automate what you can.
• Build repeatable systems that multiply your capacity.
• Ask bigger questions: Who else needs what you offer?

At last week’s WI Entrepreneurs’ Conference, 𝗦𝗮𝗺 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 (pitching) and 𝗟𝘂𝗸𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴 (demoing) represented their venture and vision for the future of clean tech and sustainable agriculture.

Their MVP? A functional prototype of a continuous induction kiln designed to convert bio-waste into 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿 — a carbon-rich material that enhances soil health, sequesters carbon, and regenerates land.
