We have made the difficult decision to continue with telehealth services only and will not being doing in-person sessions until further notice. With the increase in COVID-19 cases, we feel it is in the best interest for everyone that we remain at a distance so we can all stay safe.

Please talk with your therapist if you have any questions regarding telehealth services and would like to schedule a telehealth appointment. If you choose to opt-out of telehealth services and would like our assistance in referring you to an agency where you can receive the necessary mental health care, we are happy to do so.

We remain dedicated to the mental health of all our clients and will keep everyone updated through these unprecedented times.

Thank you for your patience over the past couple of months. We want to give you an update when New Growth will resume providing in-person mental health therapy. Although many businesses are starting to open up, we’ve made the decision to continue providing treatment only through telehealth appointments. We work in enclosed spaces with limited air circulation; as a result, we feel that in-person sessions would be putting our clients and therapists at risk.
We will continue to monitor the effects of businesses reopening as reflected by the number of COVID-19 cases through the month of June. At the end of June, we will reassess the risks associated with COVID-19 and let you know whether we will be continuing telehealth only for another month or begin seeing clients on a face-to-face basis.
When we are ready to open doors back up, there will be new guidelines to keep everyone safe and healthy. We will share more when that time comes.
As always, your mental and physical health is our top priority, and we feel this is the best decision to continue protecting our clients, therapists andeveryone’s families.

Due to the growing presence of COVID-19 in our area, we want to share a message regarding therapy sessions. As a precaution we are not doing in-person sessions and are only doing telehealth appointments for all clientele until further notice. This is the use of technology, such as computers and mobile devices, to manage your health care needs. Rest assured, we are following HIPPA compliance requirements. Please contact your insurance provider, to ensure they accept telehealth treatment services. If they do not, we can work with you regarding out-of-pocket costs based on our sliding fees scale.

During this time, we will work with our existing clients to schedule appointments using telehealth.

For those seeking new services, please call 800-571-8211, to schedule a telehealth consultation.

Dane County is looking into getting telehealth therapy services approved for CCS patients. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

This was a difficult decision, but ultimately we feel this is best for the protection of our clients, therapists and everyone’s families. Your mental and physical health is our top priority. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate new and unchartered territory.
