Children don't know hate.
Children don't know violence.
Children don't know race, color, gender.
Children only know love 💕.

Adults who carry unhealed pain or ingrained beliefs from their "leaders" (parents, teachers, mentors, or politicians) teach them these things and eventually, gets passed down from generation to generation, without anyone questioning their validity.
The virgin psyche of a child gets polluted, forever.
If we can teach our children hate, we can also teach them love, compassion and acceptance.
It begins with us. What seeds are we sowing?

"✍️ Let there be peace on earth—and let it begin with me. Not with someone else. Not somewhere far away. Not when conditions are perfect or when the world finally changes. But here, now, with me.
Peace begins the moment we become mindful of our breath—that simple, sacred rhythm that connects us to the present moment. It begins when we bring awareness to our daily actions, to the way we move through the world, to the choices we make in each ordinary moment.
Let peace begin in the way I speak to myself when I make a mistake. In the breath I take before reacting. In the kindness I choose when patience feels difficult. In the forgiveness I offer when holding onto hurt feels easier.
Let it begin in my home, in the gentleness I bring to those closest to me. In my community, in the compassion I extend to neighbors and strangers alike. In my daily life, in every small choice to respond with understanding instead of judgment, with love instead of fear.
We often look outward, wishing the world would become more peaceful. But the truth is simpler and more challenging: the world becomes peaceful when we do. When each of us takes responsibility for the peace we carry—or fail to carry—in our own hearts.
One person practicing mindful breathing creates ripples. One person acting with awareness transforms their corner of the world. A family practicing peace becomes a refuge. A community practicing peace transforms a neighborhood. And slowly, quietly, persistently, the peace that begins with with “me” spreads to “we,” and from “we” to all.

Bless these souls and praying for a peaceful completion of their mission.
There is only one cure for all the suffering and hate in this world. Peace within our hearts 💕
These monks are carrying that message with immense courage and hopefully, everyone they encounter during this mission is feeling that love and peace within. ✨️🙏

"BREAKING:
A group of Buddhist monks are walking from Texas to Washington, D.C. to promote peace in a powerful show of defiance to Trump’s hate!

Two dozen monks and their faithful dog, Aloka, have made it to Decatur, Georgia, as part of their inspiring trek to D.C.

“We do not walk alone. We walk together with every person whose heart has opened to peace, whose spirit has chosen kindness, whose daily life has become a garden where understanding grows,” the group posted recently.

Their route plans to take them through Athens, Georgia; the North Carolina cities of Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh; and Richmond, Virginia, on their way to the nation’s capital city.

It has not been an easy trek; two of them have already sustained serious injuries after being hit by a truck outside of Houston.

They’ve been an inspiration to many, as hundreds of thousands of people follow their progress on social media.

“In a world of noise and chaos, a boat of light and mindfulness crosses the United States, changing hearts along the way. If there’s anyway to begin 2026, may it be with the message of these courageous monks,” writes Kami Rayne on Twitter.

While they have not made any overt political remarks, the fact that they’re ending their trek in Washington, D.C., where Donald Trump is orchestrating hate and violence, speaks volumes in and of itself.

May our sick nation learn something from these brave and tireless monks and their lessons of peace and kindness."

I don't make new year resolutions.
Every day is the same for me. Prioritizing my mental health, physical health, and the people or conversations I choose to engage with.
I do reflect on the year that was and continue to do better, more -reflection and -awareness.
Got my workout in this morning, as usual.

Went to bed last night at the same usual time.
Woke up this morning at the same usual time.
Same usual morning rituals-

Just another day. Nothing special.
Only, becoming a better version of myself from yesterday 😊✨️

Blessings to all beings. ✨️Beautiful 🌞 on January 1st, 2026 🌎

Piggybacking on my share from yesterday.

Joy is a highly misunderstood state of being. We think of joy as a feeling when things are going well in our lives. But, when things don't go as planned or are beyond our control, that state of joy turns into , , or .

Feeling of is deeper than that.

In my years of self-reflection and inner contemplation, I have understood that life is an ebb and flow just like our seasons. Nothing is permanent. Good things happen and bad things happen. We love it when good things happen and we complain when bad things happen. In yoga and buddhist traditions, this is known as attachment and aversion. When good things happen, we want more of it and when bad things happen, we dislike it. This applies to pretty much every aspect of our lives- people, situations, food choices, places, and even exercise or yoga poses. When teacher says we will do a headstand or an arm balance, nervousness kicks in, especially for people who struggle with them. This initial reaction of nerves is inner resistance. When teacher says we will do child's pose, there is a sense of relief because it is a pretty accessible pose for most.
I learned this very early in my yoga career and from my ten day experience how we cling and resist to everything.
Just this observation led me to becoming aware of my thoughts. As I deepened my practice of self-awareness, I experienced deep inner silence, beyond all the thoughts. Over time, with regular practice, it became easier to rest in that silence that is free of all external noise, mental chatter and ingrained beliefs.
It is in that space, true joy resides. Untainted, untouched, pure, and eternal joy that is unconditional to external life and all its ebb and flow. In order to experience that, one needs to practice daily practice of silent contemplation. It is a feeling beyond any mind. No thinking or analyzing can access that. The only way is to drop awareness behind the mind chatter. ✨️
