Today is Autism Awareness Day, but we celebrate this community all month, every month.

Autism and Down syndrome can co-occur, with approximately 16–18% of individuals with Down syndrome also diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder .

Did you know EVERYONE is welcomed and celebrated at our Playhouse? Group programs, special events and parties are structured in a way that people with any diagnosis can feel supported and thrive with their peers.

We are excited to share that we raised over $8,000 at our 4th annual Diggin' for Down Syndrome Volleyball Tournament Fundraiser this past weekend!! 🏐🎉

Shoutout to our Friends of GiGi's Sponsor - Oakstone - for hosting this event every year! Special 'Thank Yous' to all of the volunteers, families, donors, sponsors, volleyball players and community members who supported this event in every way 🩵💛

Don't miss Day 2 of of Diggin' for Down Syndrome! Great volleyball, 50/50 raffles, raffle baskets, food and drink! Doors open at 10am! Our friends at Oakstone have amazing food and drink to enjoy.

We are 2 days away from our 4th Annual Diggin' for Down Syndrome Volleyball Tournament Fundraiser! Join us this Saturday and Sunday at Oakstone Recreational in Cottage Grove, anytime from 10:00am-4:00pm. You do NOT need to play volleyball to attend this event! Oakstone is a full service bar and restaurant with plenty of space to hangout, eat and connect.

Happening both days:

🎫 50/50 Raffles
🍔 Food & Drink Specials
