😩 I was tired of feeling tired.
And honestly… I almost stayed that version of me.

For years it felt like a cycle — starting diets, falling off, restarting workouts, making plans and breaking them. Over and over again.

Eventually I realized something important: it wasn’t about more willpower. It was about understanding how the body actually works.

Now I’ve found a different kind of tired… a *healthy tired*. I’m present for my family and I can KEEP UP!

After maintaining my progress for a year, I’ve also learned something I never thought was possible: you can still enjoy the things you once thought you had to give up forever. The difference is having the knowledge and ➡️medical⬅️ guidance to do it in a sustainable way.

This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, balance, and learning what works for *your* body.
