Join Lindsay Michelle Rogers (Lindsay Michelle, LLC) and Candice Duffek (Moonlight Lotus Healing) for a 2-hour heart-centered immersion designed to support deep healing and self-love.

Lindsay will guide heart-opening yoga postures while Candice offers Reiki throughout the practice, creating a layered, supportive healing experience. But, we don't stop there - you will partake in a self-empowerment ritual that will enhance really letting go and stepping into what awaits you!
