🎓 Big things ahead for two of our amazing team members!

Over the coming weeks we’ll be saying goodbye to Yashu, who is starting PA school, and Chelsea, as she begins Medical School.

Both have been incredible members of our team and our patients have loved getting to know them. We are so proud of them and excited to see all they accomplish in their futures in medicine.

Please join us in wishing them the very best! ✨

Help us wish our favorite doctor a VERY happy 40th birthday today! 🎉🎂

We couldn’t let the day pass without celebrating Dr. Phillippi in true MPW fashion—complete with a little silliness, lots of laughs, and a team that appreciates him more than words can say.

Thank you for your leadership, your dedication to patients, and for making our clinic such a great place to be every day.

Cheers to 40 and many more! 🥳

💡 A Teaching Moment in Action

Dr. Phillippi never misses an opportunity to teach.

Here he is walking an NP student through a cervical PRP procedure—sharing not just the technique, but the clinical reasoning behind it. This hands-on learning is how we help shape the next generation of providers.

Even more meaningful—this patient is here for her second cervical PRP treatment and is already reporting significant improvement in neck pain and tension headaches 🙌

Moments like this capture what we’re all about:
✔️ Patient-centered, advanced care
✔️ Real results that improve quality of life
✔️ A commitment to education and excellence

Tidbit Tuesday: What is Regenerative Medicine?

Regenerative medicine focuses on helping the body heal itself.

Unlike traditional pain management, which often focuses on reducing symptoms with medications or repeated steroid injections, regenerative treatments aim to address the underlying cause of pain by stimulating the body’s natural repair processes.

These treatments may use components derived from your own body—such as platelets or growth factors from your blood—to support tissue healing in joints, tendons, ligaments, and other injured areas.

At Medical Procedures of Wisconsin, regenerative medicine is one of the ways we help patients explore options that focus on restoring function and improving long-term joint health, not just masking pain.

If you’re dealing with chronic joint or musculoskeletal pain, regenerative medicine may be an option worth discussing.

✨ Meet the Team Friday! ✨

This week we’re excited to highlight Katy, CMA!

Katy has been part of our team since July 2023 and brings over 10 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. Her depth of knowledge, calm presence, and genuine compassion make a meaningful difference for both our patients and our providers every single day.

Katy is known for her incredible attention to detail — whether she’s hands-on in clinic assisting with patient care or, more recently, welcoming you at the front desk, coordinating care, and answering questions. If you’ve called or stopped in, there’s a good chance Katy has helped guide you through your visit with clarity and kindness.

We are especially grateful for her expertise in our electronic health record, helping ensure documentation is accurate, workflows are smooth, and patients feel supported every step of the way.

Thank you, Katy, for your hard work, professionalism, and dedication to our mission! 💙

✨ Meet the Team Friday! ✨

It’s been a little while — so we’re excited to reintroduce one of our amazing team members!

Please help us spotlight Ashley, Certified Medical Assistant 💙

Ashley has been with us since June 2024 and has been a CMA for nearly four years. She is an absolute whiz in the lab — from expert phlebotomy skills to precise PRP processing, helping ensure our regenerative treatments are prepared with excellence and care.

She also assists each of our providers, keeping clinic days running smoothly and supporting our patients every step of the way.

Outside of work, Ashley is a proud momma to three adorable kiddos (yes, she somehow balances it all!) and has recently started working toward her nursing degree — we love supporting team members who are growing and advancing in healthcare 💪✨

We are so appreciative of Ashley’s commitment to our mission, her hard work, and her infectious smile that brightens our clinic every day.

If you see Ashley at your next visit, be sure to say hello! 💙

Numbness. Tingling. Hand pain waking you up at night?
It might be carpal tunnel syndrome — and relief doesn’t have to mean major surgery.

At Medical Procedures of Wisconsin, we offer Thread Carpal Tunnel Release, a minimally invasive option designed to get you back to daily life faster.

✨ Why patients love it:
✔ Tiny entry point — no large incision
✔ Less pain & swelling
✔ Faster healing
✔ Minimal downtime
✔ Performed right in our clinic

This innovative technique releases pressure on the median nerve using a specialized thread, helping restore comfort and function without traditional open surgery.

📞 Call 608-251-6060 to schedule a consultation and find out if Thread Carpal Tunnel Release is right for you.
