✨ Meet the Team Friday ✨

Today we’re spotlighting Sasha, our incredible ultrasonographer—and according to Dr. Phillippi, you won’t get a better venous ultrasound anywhere in Wisconsin.
Why? Because Sasha is the ultimate reflux ninja. 🥷💥

With 17 years of experience in diagnostic medical sonography, Sasha, RDMS, RVT, RDCS brings deep expertise across multiple imaging specialties. She’s known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and for making sure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit. Her attention to detail and clinical excellence are second to none—and our patients feel the difference.

Outside of work, Sasha and her husband love traveling, hiking, spending time at the beach, and tapping into her creative side with flower arranging 🌸.

We’re so grateful to have Sasha on the MPW team—our patients are truly in the best hands. 💙

🦵 Do your legs feel heavy, achy, or swollen? Compression can help!

For patients with venous insufficiency, compression stockings play a key role in improving circulation, reducing swelling, and easing discomfort—especially when worn consistently and properly fitted.

✨ Why compression matters:
✔ Helps blood flow back toward the heart
✔ Reduces leg swelling and heaviness
✔ Can slow progression of vein disease
✔ Supports results from vein treatments

📏 Proper sizing is essential.
Ill-fitting compression stockings don’t work as intended. Our knowledgeable team is happy to professionally measure you to ensure the correct size and compression level.

🧦 We proudly carry Juzo compression stockings, known for their quality, comfort, and durability—available for purchase right here in our clinic.

Have questions or need to be fitted? Call us or ask at your next visit—we’re here to help keep your legs feeling their best 💙

❄️ Winter Health Tip from MPW ❄️
Prevent Slips, Falls & Pain This Season

Wisconsin winters are beautiful—but icy sidewalks and slippery parking lots can quickly lead to injuries, sprains, or chronic pain. A few simple steps can help keep you safe:

✨ Wear shoes or boots with good traction
✨ Take smaller, slower steps on ice
✨ Use handrails when available
✨ Keep walkways salted and shoveled
✨ Stay aware—black ice can form even when surfaces look clear

If a fall does happen and you’re experiencing lingering pain, joint stiffness, or swelling, Medical Procedures of Wisconsin is here to help with non-emergent care and minimally invasive treatment options.

⚠️ Please note: We do not provide emergency or urgent care.
For any acute injuries, severe pain, or concerns requiring immediate evaluation, please go to the nearest urgent care or emergency department.

📞 Call 608-251-6060 to schedule a consultation.
Stay safe, stay warm, and take care of your body this winter!

🌟 NP WEEK STAFF SPOTLIGHT: LIZ BAEHNK, NP 🌟

This week, we’re celebrating one of the brightest parts of Medical Procedures of Wisconsin — Liz Baehnk, NP! 💙

Liz joined MPW 3.5 years ago, and since day one she has truly done it all. She leads our team culture as our official Chief Vibe Creator, keeping us smiling with her warm energy (and the occasional practical joke 😄).

Clinically, she’s nothing short of exceptional — a master of aesthetics, a compassionate expert in pain management, and an absolute wizard with spider veins. Her skill, heart, and dedication make a difference for our patients every single day.

We are so grateful for everything Liz brings to MPW — her talent, her humor, and her leadership.
Help us celebrate her this NP Week! 💙✨
