Long awaiting post about how I was guided on my spiritual journey. Everyone's spiritual journey is different, unique, and matter - and I love hearing all about it - since it's spiritual growth and maybe someone, somewhere, needed to hear my story so they can feel like they are not alone. Some of my friends have suggested I write a book on my shaman journey and this page is my spiritual diary.

✨ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐖𝐚𝐬 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 ✨
I truly believe in divine timing. There’s a saying: “𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔.” Looking back, I can clearly see how both my Reiki Master and my Shaman Master were placed on my path exactly when I needed them.

My journey began in 2020 when I sought a spiritual reading because I thought I was seeing ghosts. During that reading, I learned that what I was experiencing were actually 𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒕 𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒔. That moment brought clarity and comfort, helping me understand my experiences in a completely new way.

Over the next few years, my guides continued to reach out through dreams, signs, and even through family members who could see or sense them. During my spiritual awakening in 2025, I began receiving repeated signs pointing me toward my future Shaman Master and the path I was meant to walk.

Once I accepted this journey, everything began to move quickly. I was guided to my Reiki Master—who surprisingly lived right in my neighborhood—and within a few months I advanced to the Reiki Master level. Not long after, my Shaman Master raised my first shaman altar in September 2025.

Looking back now, every dream, sign, and experience was guiding me exactly where I was meant to go.

✨ 𝐃𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐢 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧? ✨
This is one of the questions I get asked most often.
The answer is 𝐍𝐨 — because during Reiki I am 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲. As a practitioner trained in 𝑼𝒔𝒖𝒊 𝑹𝒆𝒊𝒌𝒊, I simply act as a channel, allowing Reiki to flow through my hands while the recipient draws in exactly what their body needs.

In fact, Reiki often feels energizing for the practitioner too. One time I facilitated Reiki sessions for over 𝟕 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 (with short breaks for water), and instead of feeling exhausted, I actually felt calm, centered, and energized.

If a practitioner ever feels drained, it usually means they are 𝒕𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑹𝒆𝒊𝒌𝒊. Reiki itself does not deplete the practitioner.

Reiki is based on a few important principles:
✨ Reiki flows where it is needed
✨ Reiki works for the highest good
✨ Reiki does not drain the practitioner

This is why Reiki is such a gentle and safe healing modality. It creates a balanced space where both the client and practitioner can benefit from the flow of universal life energy. If you’ve been curious about Reiki or wondering what a session feels like, I’m always happy to answer questions.

It is limited to one question because I take the time to look at your birth chart and your current life situation before I respond. I study the patterns connected to what you are asking so I can give you clear and intentional guidance.

I am still a shaman student and I take this work seriously. I am committed to strengthening my discernment and refining my skills. Respectful feedback is welcomed as part of my growth on this path.

Spiritual work requires exchange. In our tradition, it is important to give offerings such as joss paper, incense, candles, and maybe a small cash donation for a reading. It is about balance and respect for the spirits and the energy involved.

✨ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐢 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐞✨
I get asked this question a lot, especially for those who are new to Reiki or curious about Reiki. As a Reiki Master Practitioner trained in the traditional 𝑼𝒔𝒖𝒊 𝑹𝒆𝒊𝒌𝒊 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒈𝒆, there are many Reiki branches — much like there are many shamanic traditions.

Reiki is beautifully simple — and powerful in that simplicity. As a practitioner trained in traditional Usui Reiki, I don’t “send” or force energy. I hold space as a clear channel — and your body draws in exactly what it needs.

You remain fully clothed, relaxed on a treatment table. I ground, center, set intention, and gently move through hand positions (light touch or hands hovering). You may feel warmth, tingling, deep calm… or simply rest. All experiences are normal. Reiki works beyond what we consciously feel.

I don’t diagnose. I don’t push.
Your body leads. Reiki responds.

No two sessions are ever the same — because your healing is uniquely yours.

Last night, I had the honor of being interviewed by students from 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐡𝐢𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 and the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐨🤍

I shared my journey as a Hmong Shaman student and Reiki Master, speaking about what Hmong Shamanism truly is — and how I respectfully blend Reiki with this ancestral healing path.

It was a beautiful opportunity to bring awareness to a powerful cultural tradition and to bridge ancient shamanic practices with energy healing in a way that honors both.

My guides were very present and joyful during the conversation — they truly enjoyed helping the students learn about this sacred work.
