Sitting here in front of my altar, I can’t help but reflect on how wild this journey has been. Just 7 months ago, I would have never imagined myself here.
Spring has always been my favorite season—I’ve always loved peonies and have them growing around my home. White peonies, especially, feel so pure and sacred to me. I wish I could have them on my altar year-round, but since I can’t, I’m learning to appreciate and connect with these new flowers in a different way… and honestly, I’ve grown to love them too.
When I first began my shaman journey in Fall 2025, many people were surprised. Out of everyone, I was probably the last person they expected to walk this path.
And truthfully—that’s okay.
Because this 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒖𝒅 𝒐𝒓 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆. It’s about 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚. It’s about the quiet, unseen work. The inner work. The discipline. The surrender.
What people don’t see are the nights of reflection, the healing, the releasing, the guidance, and the trust it took to get here.
Spirit doesn’t choose based on popularity, perfection, or how you appear to others. It calls those who are willing to listen, to grow, and to do the work—𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠.
Not everyone will understand your path—and they’re not meant to.
Growth will ask you to outgrow old versions of yourself, old spaces, and sometimes even people you once felt safe with.
And that’s part of the journey.
✨ Quiet growth is still growth.
✨ Unseen work is still powerful.
✨ And becoming your true self is always worth it. 💜
