The verse that spoke to me last night in class and today with the wonderful spring storm in Greater Madison area: "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind" Romans 12:2

God wants to be near us and bring peace to us with His truth spoken to the specific emotional pain in our hearts. Will you invite Him into that vulnerable emotion?

Hi Friends!

Part of wellness is our mental health. This can come from words we tell ourselves and words others tell us or that we tell others.

Words are like a ripple effect in the water. They start with thoughts and that turns to words and then may become actions. They can do good or harm.
