Grateful to be part of something bigger 🤝

Greyley is proud to be a member of the Recovery Coalition of Dane County—an organization dedicated to building meaningful partnerships, reducing stigma, and expanding access to mental health and substance use recovery support. (Recovery Coalition of Dane County)

Today, Nicole and Keoinia had the opportunity to attend their annual networking event, connecting with other providers, advocates, and community leaders who are all working toward the same mission: stronger, more accessible recovery systems.

Collaboration like this is how real change happens—and we’re honored to be part of it.

Couples therapy does not have to wait until both partners are ready.

When one person starts, meaningful change can still begin. Individual work can help you understand patterns, improve communication, set healthier boundaries, and show up differently in the relationship.

While our therapist Anna, who specializes in couples work, is ready to welcome you - you do not need to wait for perfect timing or full agreement to take the first step. Sometimes healing starts with one person choosing growth.

Whether you want to schedule a couples appointment or an individual one you can give us a call to learn more or use the link in bio to website.

Many times when someone is ready and able to prioritize their mental health they are met with long waitlists which is so frustrating! Looking ahead to the month of May a few of our therapists have some appointment availability for new clients, with options for in-person and telehealth appointments.

We accept Quartz and Dean insurance.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, this could be a good time to get scheduled. You can learn more about each therapist and book online via our website.

There is no greater compliment than a client who feels safe, supported, and confident enough to recommend our practice to the people they love.

One recent 5-star review shared:
“I would, and have, recommended this office to many friends and family.”

At Greyley, we are proud to provide care with professionalism, compassion, and deep respect for privacy and confidentiality. We know that seeking support is personal, and we are committed to creating an environment where clients feel comfortable, protected, and empowered as they make meaningful progress.

Our goal is simple: to help every client find intention and life in the middle, the grey space of life that is full of possibilities!

A few of our staff took some well-deserved time away for spring break to enjoy warmer weather, sunshine, and a little sand between their toes. ☀️🏖️

Time away matters. Rest helps us recharge, reset, and return with renewed energy to keep showing up for the people we serve. We’re grateful some of our team had the chance to step back, soak up the sun, and take care of themselves, too!

A soft reminder from our office today: growth can be gentle. 🌿

Not every season is meant for blooming out loud. Some are meant for rooting, resting, and becoming.

*Thank you to Annalisa Meyer, one of our CCS Service Facilitators who is also our office plant whisperer who so intentionally cares for all our plants.

Much of the work we do at Greyley Wellness occurs within the Dane County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. This community centered, wrap around program allows us to work with clients in various ways. One of those ways is CCS groups!

Befriending Foods was a recent CCS group facilitated by Jenny, our Health and Wellness Coach and CCS Skills Developer. This group focused on strategies to address emotional and binge eating behaviors, helping clients build practical tools, share experiences, and create a more mindful relationship with food.

We’re proud that so much of the work we do at Greyley centers around our CCS program and supporting clients with compassionate, skill-based care.

Some days flow exactly as planned.
The schedule works, the checklist gets done, the desk is cleaned, and everything feels organized.

And then there are the other days.
The messy, unpredictable, pivot-every-5-minutes kind of days.

Both are part of real life.

Planning matters. It gives us direction. But flexibility matters too. Because sometimes the win is not sticking perfectly to the plan or having a clean desk- it’s adjusting, regrouping, and still moving forward.

Be organized. Be prepared. But also be willing to pivot. That’s where resilience grows.
