Madison Free Clinic The Madison Free Clinic is a non-profit that provides medical, vision, dental, and pharmacy services We are not a walk-in clinic.

We provide health care including medical, vision, dental (including dentures), as well non-narcotic prescriptions, laboratory services, Flu shots, COVID testing and mental health services. The Greene Care Clinic is delighted to be hosting a 20th Anniversary Celebration & Fundraiser on Sunday, October 19th from 4 pm-7 pm. Our celebration will be held at Blossom Ridge Farm, and we want to thank them for donating their lovely venue for our special event - it's the perfect place to spend a late afternoon in October!
