Integrated Physical Therapy, LLC is a therapist-owned company with locations in Middleton and Waunakee. We provide outpatient physical therapy services, onsite industrial rehabilitation and staffing to outpatient clinics for interim physical therapy needs. We offer convenient, accessible, and state of the art physical therapy services in order to best meet the needs of our clients. Our greatest strength is our EXPERIENCED, reliable staff who have extensive training in manual therapy, spine therapy, industrial rehabilitation and ergonomics. We have one of six Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapists (COMT) in Wisconsin, one of only 50 physical therapist’s certified in Schroth training for specific spine diagnosis and another therapist with fellowship training through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.
