Outpost 422 is spearheading a “Smart Document” that flags employers who use the interactive dialogue process questionnaire as a “bad faith” onboarding practice.
The document will have an AI assistant sheepdogging Human Resources for breaching confidentiality disclaimers and security clearances.
All because lawyers do not give one rat f*ck about your service. This form will flag the Respondent’s lawyer as bad faith and immediately refer their practice to the VA as an attempted medical breach of privacy when an interrogatory demands you turn over your VA medical records. This is long overdue.
