🚨 New Chiropractor Alert 🚨

We are excited to announce the addition of Dr. Neal Johnson to the Revive Chiropractic team!

Dr. Neal graduated from Logan University this past December and is a gracuate of SIUE, earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He was a high school soccer player, is a big Indiana University fan (we won’t hold that against him too much ), and enjoys spending time with his family in his free time.

Dr. Neal offers a variety of treatment techniques, including hands-on manipulation, muscle work, dry needling, and Cox Flexion Distraction, allowing him to provide personalized care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

We are sad to say goodbye to Dr. Isaac Akin. We have loved having him in Madisonville and although we understand that he needs to be with family, we are so sad to see him go. Yesterday was his last day at Revive Chiropractic.
We wish you all the best and want you to know that you always have family here ♥️ Have a safe trip home. Please send Dr. Akin well wishes!

🚨Important Announcement🚨

We are thrilled to announce, Dr. Lexie Cole is now practicing at Revive Chiropractic!

She looks forward to continuing her grandads legacy & we are excited to welcome her to the Revive family!

Dr. Lexie graduated from Logan University in December 2023 and has since been practicing in the Madisonville area. Her primary techniques are hands-on manipulation, Cox Flextion Distraction, & she is certified in the Webster technique (if you are pregnant or thinking about becoming pregnant, be sure to give us a call!) She is in the processing of obtaining her Dry Needling Certification & in the future becoming certified in Functional Medicine. 

She is family focused with her husband & almost 4 month old daughter. In her free time she enjoys playing golf, spending time at the lake, & watching her 49ers play.

We are working to make her and her patients transition as easy as possible. Please call our office if you would like to make an appointment with Dr. Lexie.
