Community Update: Access Medical Center Joins Prisma Health
For the past 10 years, it has been our privilege to care for this community through Access Medical Center. Providing reliable, personal care close to home has always been our mission.
As of March 23, 2026, we are proud to share that Access Medical Center has become part of Prisma Health. As we begin this next chapter, our new name will be:
Prisma Health Primary Care Madisonville
What this means for you:
• Same trusted providers – Dr. Levin, our practitioners, and staff remain the same
• Same location – No changes to where you receive care
• Same contact information – Phone number and hours stay the same
• Expanded services – With additional support, we’ll be able to grow and enhance the care we offer
While our name is changing, our commitment to you is not. You’ll continue to see the same familiar faces and receive the compassionate, personalized care you trust.
This partnership brings added resources and long-term stability, helping ensure high-quality care remains accessible right here in our community for years to come.
