We are incredibly proud to celebrate Mr Wilson’s amazing progress during his short-term rehab stay here at Madisonville Care Center! Mr. Wilson came to us with a clear goal: to regain his strength and safely return home.
Through his determination and the dedicated support of our compassionate therapy and nursing teams, he achieved exactly that! 🌟 Mr. Wilson shared how much he appreciated the personalized care he received every step of the way.
It’s always inspiring to watch our residents succeed, and Mr. Wilson's journey is a wonderful reminder of the difference skilled rehabilitation can make in restoring independence and purpose.

This last year been a wonderful journey! We reopened with approximately 20 residents readmitted before Thanksgiving, have grown to three times that over the last twelve months and have no plans to stop now. We are grateful to continue offering excellent care & customer service, delicious & nutritious meals, community marketing & education as well as a wide variety of internal activities & resident outings.
