It's time to start preparing and writing your buyer's letters-and we want to help you put your best boot forward!

Here are some quick tips for success when writing and handing out your buyers letters this year:

✅Be Personal - Introduce yourself and your project.
A handwritten note or personal visit can go a long way!
✅Be Professional - Use your best spelling and grammar. This is a great time to practice those real-world communication skills.
✅Include the Details - Mention the date, time, and location of the sale, and how someone can participate or bid.
✅Say Thank You - Whether they come to the sale
or not, showing gratitude goes a long way!
✅ Consider adding a picture or yourself and/or your
animal
✅Follow Up - After the fair, be sure to send a thank-
you card to every buyer or supporter.
