The weather is getting nicer, which means it's the perfect time to start moving a little more each day.
The good news? It doesn't have to be complicated. 🚶♀️☀️
Here are 4 easy ways to move more this spring with Dr. Landen Burke:
1. Chiropractic adjustment
Get your spine moving and function properly so you can get the most benefit from your activities
2. Walk after meals
A quick 10–15 minute walk after dinner can help digestion, support blood sugar regulation, and add easy steps to your day without needing a full workout.
3. Turn everyday activities into movement
Walking the dog, playing with your kids, yard work, or shooting hoops in the driveway all count. It doesn’t have to be a formal workout to be good for your body.
4. Take 5 minutes for outdoor movement
Try a few yoga poses, bodyweight squats, or simple stretches outside. Sunlight helps regulate your circadian rhythm, supports vitamin D production, and can improve mood and energy levels.
Movement doesn’t have to be complicated to make a big difference. A few small habits done consistently can go a long way.
Enjoy the weather and get outside this week!
