DIAL surveyors assisted our team in having fun at work by pranking a director!

Today, our leadership team decided to add a bit of humor to our morning meeting by pulling a hilarious prank on our HR Director. We surprised her by starting the meeting with the TikTok trend of reciting the pledge of allegiance - and boy, was she caught off guard! 😆

What made this prank even more memorable was the fact that we did it during our annual survey, and we had the surveyors in on the joke! The look of surprise and laughter on everyone's faces was priceless, and it truly brought some lighthearted fun to our day.

A massive shoutout to our surveyors: Laura, Del, and Kris for joining in on the fun and helping to strengthen the relationship between the surveying agency and our facilities. Your willingness to go along with the prank and embrace the laughter is a testament to the fantastic teamwork and camaraderie we have here.

A little laughter goes a long way in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and I'm grateful to be part of a team that knows how to balance hard work with moments of joy and fun. Here's to many more memorable moments and laughs together! 🌟
