We are Monday thru Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-12. We believe in work/life balance and are owned and operated by a BCBA. Our BCBAs enjoy one day each week to work from home. This is a salaried position with benefits.

Behavior Analysts at Shining Starz will be responsible for initial assessments, developing treatment plans, performing ongoing treatment plan modifications, parent trainings, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.

Shining Starz operates in a clinical/center setting where staff feel supported. A respectful demeanor is required for supervising staff and communicating with families. We strive on friendliness and positivity in the workplace!

We are looking for a positive individual who loves to see and witness the changes that ABA can provide for children and families. In short, must love what you do❤️❤️❤️
