CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Yoga: This ancient exercise practice combines strength, flexibility, and breath control in order to become both physically and mentally strong. Come unwind, release your tension, and breathe!!
Bones & Balance: This CHAIR class is a weight-bearing, resistance exercise class designed for people of all ages and fitness levels to strengthen the bones & muscles. Includes Cardio, strength, balance and postural training.
Spinning: This Non-Impact class is performed on Spin Bikes giving you an energizing, endorphin-rich workout, allowing you to burn an extreme amount of fat and calories that will change your body guaranteed!
Pilates/Yogalates: The Pilates Method of body conditioning focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and posture for the total body while toning muscles without adding bulk. Includes Yoga stretches and a relaxing cool down!
Total Body Sculpt: This class uses a mix of hand weights and body-weight exercises to tone every muscle of
the body. A great way to tone and tighten up , build bone density, and increase your metabolism!!
