Candra will be offering a new Vinyasa flow yoga Class with !

Vinyasa flow yoga links movement with breath. Each class is carefully sequenced. Vinyasa practice is appropriate for yogis with some prior understanding of alignment and experience with yoga. Come ready to energize, rejuvenate, move, sweat, breathe and let go!

Classes will be hosted Fridays, starting February 20th, for 60 minutes from 4:00 - 5:00 PM.

Cost to join is $22, with sliding scale and discount options available through West Asheville Yoga.

Check out our Couples Thai Massage Workshop on Sunday, February 15th!

We are proud to host Quentin Shaw, an internationally trained bodywork therapist with 18 years of experience, for an afternoon of learning and exchanging Thai massage. In this couples workshop, you’ll be guided through simple techniques — including assisted stretching and targeted massage — to reduce stress and relieve tension.

No experience is required. This class is designed with beginners in mind, where we intend to offer a space for learning and play, and provide you the tools to give each other support and connection through the gift of touch!

This class includes:
- Three hours of beginner-friendly, hands-on instruction in a small group environment.
- Written materials to continue your new massage practice at home.
- A voucher per person for 20% off your next Thai massage at Sundarah Wellness.

Details:
- $108 per couple.
- Sunday, February 15th from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

Letting go is a practice of courage. 🌿 Sometimes it’s a thought, a story, or a weight we’ve been carrying in our body for far too long. Other times, it’s the simple release that comes with a deep exhale.

In yoga, this is the heart of non-attachment — not clinging to what no longer serves, so we can step into clarity and peace. 🕊️
