Letting go is a practice of courage. 🌿 Sometimes it’s a thought, a story, or a weight we’ve been carrying in our body for far too long. Other times, it’s the simple release that comes with a deep exhale.

In yoga, this is the heart of non-attachment — not clinging to what no longer serves, so we can step into clarity and peace. 🕊️

Yoga is not a workout.
Not at its root. Not according to the tradition it comes from.

In the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali defines yoga as the stilling of the mind’s fluctuations.
Postures (asanas) are just one of the eight limbs of yoga—and they were originally designed to prepare the body for stillness.

When we turn yoga into only a movement practice, we lose the part that transforms the mind and heart.
The poses are valuable—but they are meant to lead us toward our inner world, not just our outer form.

Yoga is a whole way of living:
