PSA:

While we are very grateful for the upgrade,Please hang in there with us CenterPoint is replacing poles in our service area, and we are only getting notification of Planned outages as little as a day or two days before they happen. I spent a lot of time on the phone with CenterPoint over the last few days trying to get a better idea of how many outages there will be, and they only offered to enroll us in the same notification system we already have. Hopefully these upgrades and repairs will be quick, and we won't have to reschedule many more times but sadly we don't have any more information on when that will be.
