Over time, I’ve come to recognize that my approach to the body has always been rooted in observation, consideration, and research before action.
That way of working has shaped how I understand patterns in health and how I guide others through them.
As I continue developing the Cellular Remembrance Method, I’ve been revisiting the mentors and philosophies that have influenced this perspective.
This week’s blog highlights Dr. Bruce Lipton and the role his work in epigenetics played in bringing clarity to patterns I had been observing for years.
His perspective introduced a shift from viewing the body as fixed to understanding it as responsive, with expression influenced by environment and internal signaling.
This has become one of the foundational pieces of the Cellular Remembrance Method.
