Follow these simple steps to schedule your appointment:

1️⃣ Visit our website at www.smgarkansas.com
and click on “Book Appointment.”
2️⃣ Choose your preferred provider and select a time that works best for you.
3️⃣ Complete the requested information — be sure to:
• Enter a correct phone number
• Check the box to authorize appointment notifications
• Add your insurance information (only select “cash option” if you are self-pay/no insurance)

4️⃣ Our front office staff will review your request and confirm. You’ll receive a text notification once your appointment is confirmed.

📞 If you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours, please call our office.

👩‍⚕️ New Patients: Please fill out all the required information when booking. Our front office team will give you a call to get you fully set up and confirm your appointment details. Please note that getting new patients established does take 24-48 hours.
