Ayabi Home Care is currently hiring support workers to assist clients in our area:

• 2 clients in the Mahnomen area – 12 hours per week each
• 2 clients in the Ogema/White Earth area – 15 hours per week each
• 1 client in the Naytahwaush area – up to 35 hours per week

Starting wage: $15.80–$17.50 per hour, based on qualifications, program guidelines, and state tier. We offer flexible scheduling, earned safe & sick time, and incentives when available.

Support workers provide assistance with activities of daily living, which may include dressing, grooming, bathing, transfers, and light housekeeping, based on each client’s needs.

Applicants must submit an application, which includes completing required CFSS/PCA online training and testing, pass required state background check (photo and fingerprints), and use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to document hours and activities.

Ayabi Home Care is currently seeking candidates for a part-time PCA position. 15-30 per week. Flexible schedule! Competitive PCA wage and earned sick time.
Current locations: Mahnomen and White Earth.
Responsibilities include providing assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, transfers, mobility, positioning, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and grocery shopping, as specified in the care plan.
