This is me clamoring around the gym of life. Let’s relax and get with life. This is life. That’s the spirit of the trees and no one here, not a single one. Point is we don’t always need someone there watching us. I’d rather sit here and spin then get a ruler and measure how big my head would get if I was here standing beside another head. Bed down and do what the deer do, play a little and please wear a mask for the fun of all of us, blessing you!🌟 thanks for watching!

Tai chi is good for your feet, health, movement, memory and even icicle dancing. It’s healing to move in the snow in this huge magic way that’s why I want everyone to get away from it, the tv, and techniqually sport around with me in the gym of life. Get creative, dance for the stove for five minutes and see how it lights up your burner. Or for the light switch fuse not giving out on you. Bricks will pave the way, but you’ve got to walk with your head high high high from here on out. It’s spooky in the jungle of some men, so don’t give up the ones you care about.

What is Reiki? 💜 Reiki is something specific we all need in us. It isn't a programming, it's a download and once you have had one you know the Reiki is real in the room with you right there. Speeds up the healing of intuition despite the outside critic always being there standing over you. Every night you can get up to do it, go to bed peacefully and wake up with over flowing potential again. Those are our sights on the highest ring of thought. Something we've all fought through, pain, can be healed in this way and I hope that all of you get a chance to do it! 🙏It’s Right Light Reiki time and it’s cold outside! Walk up the street in Belfast, High Street and come check out my Reiki studio space! Making a living there in the future is going to be easy, but right now the struggle is real.

It’s a good day, bagel shop duty, closed up and I went home. It was a good learning and lunch time was easy with the floors sweeping afterward.

Book today if you’d like or any day of the week for hands on sessions or an over the laptop at home or your mobile for session. Booking sessions for Reiki Sunday Monday, Tuesday. Live appointments online or phone any day of the week and live in person only on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday at Belfast studio. It’s a great room for healing and booking anything from massage with tenant and room for reiki with me. Love it there and so will you 💕.

Today’s the day I make my business offical! I’ve got a space in Belfast I’m renting and I’m working up the wall to make it nice in time to take down all of the holiday decorations and propose a new year in it! 😄

Cancer is a stressful illness that can effect the lives of many people around the patient, including the one who has the diagnosis. It's a lot of stress and a lot of people build up their emotions to the point of not knowing what to do or where to turn to next.
