🌿✨ I’m Taking a Sacred Sabbatical ✨🌿
I’m stepping away for a few days… not to escape, but to return.
To recalibrate. To listen. To rest inside the silence between soul whispers.

This isn’t a vacation in the traditional sense.
This is a sacred sabbatical a pause to nourish the woman behind the work,
the poet behind the post,
the healer behind the sessions.

For the next few days, I’ll be offline; tending to my altar, my ancestors, and my own inner alignment.

Because we cannot pour from an empty well.
Because real magic requires stillness.

Because my work deserves to be birthed from overflow, not exhaustion.

If you’ve messaged me about bookings or collaborations, I will circle back when I return.

If you’re feeling the call to work together, this is the perfect time to set your own intention; I’ll be opening new ways to connect when I return.

Until then… may you honor your own rhythm.
May you remember that rest is sacred.

Let’s Talk About Spiritual Materialism ✨

I love crystals.
I love ritual.
I love the sacred tools that support my spiritual practice.
But here’s what I’ve learned on this path:
Spirituality is not what we wear, collect, or show. It’s how we live, love, and align.

There’s a subtle trap many of us fall into (I have as well)…

It’s called spiritual materialism, when our journey becomes more about the outer signs of awakening than the inner work of it.

Buying more crystals doesn’t mean you’re more in tune.
Taking every course doesn’t guarantee growth Using the language of healing isn’t the same as doing the healing.

This path asks for depth, not decoration.
And sometimes the most sacred moments don’t look like much at all.
Just you, your breath, and your willingness to sit with your truth.

Crystals are beautiful allies.

But they’re not trophies, they are teachers, sentient beings here as companions.

They’re not here to make us look spiritual;
they’re here to help us remember who we are, beneath it all.

Yesterday, something magical happened…

While at the Maine Fungi Festival, I was near a beautiful soul offering Crystal Healing and Polarity sessions.

As I watched, I could see the energy moving subtle waves flowing between hands and stones and I could almost hear the crystals singing. It was like witnessing a sacred conversation between energy and intention.

I was setting up and as I reach into my own pouch and grabbed one of my personal crystals.
The moment I touched it… it hummed.

The energy was so potent vibrant, resonant, and deeply affirming.
It reminded me: the crystals are always speaking… when we slow down enough to listen.

This is the essence of Crystal Readings not performance, not prediction; but presence.

The stones reflect, activate, and realign.
Yesterday, I was reminded once again how alive this work truly is.

Thank you to everyone who came to sit with me and the stones this weekend.

The messages were clear, loving, and full of transformation.
