After 9 years in the warehouse off Rte 22 and 3, we purchased the Hamilton Twp firehouse in downtown Maineville. Our facility will include Functional Strength and Conditioning room, 24 hour lifting room, yoga, barre and other toning classes. We also offer a 3200 SQ Field Turf area for sport activities and youth sports performance training. With our experience and facility we can push an elite athlete to the next level or bring health to a member who wants it in their life. Our bootcamps are very popular and built for beginner to elite.
