So, I just realized there are 12 days left in this year. 🤯

Not saying that to stress anyone out, but more in a “wait🤗, that’s actually kind of cool” way. We get the gift of 12 more beautiful days this year to create memories, breathe, move, laugh, reset or do absolutely nothing at all (hello, holiday PJs).

This week’s new Online Class Release, 12 Days Flow, is a whimsical take on the 12 Days of Christmas song, where each ‘gift’ from the song gets it’s own special part in the flow. And while the song gives us a lot of gifts (mostly birds🕊️😂), the real gift for me is YOU❤️.

Thank you for practicing with me in 2025🫶🏻. Whether today is your first class with me, your twelfth or 1,200th, I want you to know how much it means that you choose to spend any of your days here, on your mat with my classes. I am endlessly grateful for you.

❤️ We’re heading into the holiday season with a few schedule tweaks so our teachers (and you!) can rest, celebrate and come back refreshed and ready to flow🥰

Here’s what to know:
🎄 Closed Christmas Eve (12/24) & Christmas Day (12/25)

🌞 12/26: Morning classes (9 am and 10:30 am) only

👍🏼Normal weekend schedule after that + through the end of the week

🎉 New Year’s Eve (12/31): Evening classes canceled

✨New Year’s Day (1/1): One special 10:00am New Year’s Flow led by Stephanie- and that’s it! All other classes canceled the rest of the day.

We had our first official Tribe 100 Day Class- we have 67 members of the 100+ Club, with members in the 200, 300 & 400 class clubs! 🏆🙌🏼❤️ wow!!

This is one of our favorite monthly specialty classes! 💆🏼‍♀️Join us for an hour of deep relaxation and restoration with a gentle yin sequence paired with soothing sounds and vibrations that will bring your mind and body to a place of pure peace. This class will allow you to wind down your weekend, release stress and find freedom from tension physically, mentally and emotionally.

Soul Good Sunday Yin is an all-levels friendly class with modifications given to support all bodies. Come as you are, leave with an open peaceful heart.
