Refilling your inspiration, spending time in nature, enjoying art, or allowing space for imagination.
5. Emotional Rest
Letting yourself be honest, releasing people-pleasing, expressing your feelings, and having safe spaces to be real.
6. Social Rest
Being around people who don’t drain you, choosing connection that feels supportive instead of overwhelming.
7. Spiritual Rest
Finding meaning and grounding, prayer, reflection, mindfulness, or connecting with something bigger than yourself.
