When speaking with someone living with Alzheimer’s, small changes in how we communicate can make a big difference.

✅ DO:
• Make eye contact
• Use the person’s name
• Speak directly to them with warmth and respect

❌ DON’T:
• Exclude them from the conversation
• Speak about them as if they aren’t there
