Activities like carpet rides can be a great way to help give some calming sensory input to your kiddo while also providing some muscle work to regulate your sensory system as well!

Our Story

LifeSkills is the first Sensory Integration Specialists Center in Florida founded by Sandra Wainman and Sue Wilkinson in 1993. Sandra Wainman is still treating children, supporting parents and supervising therapists. LifeSkills helped thousands of children and changed their lifes as their parents say.

Our center is located in Winter Park but there are many parents coming from other parts of Florida and also from other states/countries for intensive programs.

Hasim Bozkurt who worked with kids more then 13 years in Europe is now the Director of LifeSkills. We have a wonderful team, works for your kids in a very warm environment based on knowledge, trust and love...
