Pregnant or just had a baby and feel something is emotionally off? Taking the first step is the hardest, but it can be done, and I can help! My experiences as a therapist, parent, spouse, child, and business person have led me to want to help others from many walks of life. Through my practice I seek to assist clients with the assortment of issues that can arise throughout life in marriage, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, parenting, addictions, abuse, trauma, and the struggle to maintain life-work balance. I specialize in mental wellness, perinatal and postpartum struggles, couples, addictions, and trauma. My additional trainings through Postpartum Support International, EMDRIA, Gottman Institute and Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Services enable me to meet my clients where they are, for what their specific needs are. Additionally, I work with other therapists as a Florida State Supervisor and and EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I believe people have strengths and resources that enable them to persevere and it is my responsibility to assist clients in gaining knowledge, resources and confidence.
