Deep Stretch is a slow, stretchy, nervous-system-soothing class. We focus on longer holds, deeper breaths, and hip- and spine-focused movement to unwind tension from the inside out. Expect grounded shapes, wall support, fascia release, and gentle strength to support mobility. Think: yoga meets physical therapy meets nervous system reset.
