Soulmates & Past Life Connections
Ones who we have shared lifetimes together.
They are here for us to light our way, lead us back to the path we are meant to be on, reveal our shadows, amplify our light, remind us what it feels like to be truly loved as the love we share with them is ancient and carried across lifetimes.
We are not always meant to be together in this life, even thought the pull to be with them can be haunting.
If we are lucky and possess the capacity to understand the energy exchange we can keep them close in this lifetime as a source of Light.
Some connections show us our darkest side, the side that we hide or unaware of it’s existence.
Depending on the karmic energy they become our greatest source of love and hate.
Nemesis are often a soul connection in which needs to play out in this life to create balance or clear the energy.

At the end of each year I hold a ceremony for myself to release what is no longer serving me so I can enter the New Year clear of old energy… Not this year. I feel as though 2024 has been a massive ceremony in which I have been cutting cords, saying goodbye to people, and releasing old aspects of myself I thought I needed to survive.
As I sit here and enjoy the last few hours of 2024 I’m reminded to be present as I go to gratitude for all the wisdom I have pulled from this year.
Gratitude for my strength and ability to alchemize heartache into power, turn hurt into love, and the clarity to embrace the knowing in which am not defined by my wounds. I am defined by my capacity to Love.

Sometimes we have to let go of what we cling to, this could be an identity- a false idea of who we are… This could be someone we love, or a someone we could love but would ultimately abandon ourself. We sacrifice all of it to walk in our truth and surrender into the unknown. The sacrifices we make….

Many of are experiencing the feeling of climbing out of a dark hole we’ve resided in for a long time, some of us a decade. As we enter into the light we feel a sense of weightlessness with slight confusion, like we’ve lost a limb. In reality the part which feels lost is what was keeping us in the dark. As though a weight or a burden has been removed from our souls.
I celebrate those of us who have had the courage to get comfortable in the hole, in the dark, using it as an opportunity to set yourself free. This wasn’t easy. Revel in the newness, in the freedom, in present. Enjoy the journey.
