We want to give special recognition to an employee caught going above and beyond!

Ashlyn not only attended the pairing training, but she has been caught cleaning and keeping our clinic in order several times this week without being asked, and has came and asked if there is anything needed when not staffed with a client. She has also been noticed for engaging with her clients throughout the day when the Analysts check in.

We all appreciate you so much!

We are trying to clear our waitlist. We have room for 3 more RBTs with options for part-time to full-time hours. Overall, we offer less cancellations for staff than in-home typically provides. We have on-site BCBAs and we are locally owned and operated by a BCBA. I would love to talk to you about working with Behavior Texas.

We are growing and adding 2 more RBTs. We are looking for 2 already certified RBTs to fill an immediate need at our location in Malakoff. Today was a sad day at Behavior Texas. We said goodbye to our sweet Kaitlin. She is going to be such a blessing to her new clients in Tyler. She leaves a hole that won't be easily filled. She has such a kind and gentle demeanor and a way of making even the most distressed client calm. We all love you, Kaitlin and can't wait to see all that you will do.

We are hiring! We are so excited to be adding a BCBA to our team of RBTs and student analysts. Malakoff, TX is on Cedar Creek Lake. We are about 75 miles from Dallas and 50 miles from Tyler.

Preference will be given to those already certified as an RBT or those who have already taken the 40 hour training and have verified experience working with pre-school age children or children with disabilities.
