We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and understanding over the last couple of weeks. We understand that the restrictions due to COVID-19 and the Governor’s orders have caused some services to be non-traditional.
As businesses begin to reopen next week, we would like to inform everyone as to how our operations will be conducted. As advised by the state, we will be operating very similar to how we are now. Our office will continue to remain closed to visitors. However, we will still be assisting customers at the door as we have been. We have placed a bench outside the Malden office for your convenience or you’re welcome to return to your vehicle.
The state still advices social distancing and managing groups of people as we move forward. Visitations and Funeral services will have a restriction of no more than 35 people at one time in the chapel. Addition seating in auxiliary areas will vary by location. Seating for services will still be done as such to keep within social distancing guidelines. Please keep social distancing in mind when greeting the family and other visitors; hugging and shaking of hands is not recommended. As services release we ask that you please make to your way to your vehicle and not congregate.
We ask that those not feeling well or symptomatic persons not attend any services or visit our office. You may be asked to conduct some regular business by phone, email or fax.
Again, we appreciate everyone’s compliance during this time. We strive to keep our customers, visitors and support staff safe.
This is in accordance with state recommendations and Missouri Gov. Mike Parson’s “Show Me Strong Recovery Plan”.

Please take note. This is effective now. Thank you all for your patience.

Due to COVID-19 and the governor’s restrictions, of no more than 10 people in a gathering, we are asking you call before visiting our office. We understand this maybe an inconvenience but, we are required to follow the state guidelines and also want to protect the health of all our customers and staff. If visiting our office please limit persons to only those necessary because we are required to restrict the number of persons at one time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
