Forestdale Park Senior Living Forestdale Park offers Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support for local seniors.

Forestdale Park, located at the site of Malden's former McFadden Manor, recently opened its doors as the newest Volunteers of America Massachusetts Senior Residence. The community features 3 Independent Living apartments, and 59 studio and one bedroom Assisted Living apartments that features our EnrichedLIFE programming. Forestdale Park also accommodates 23 seniors in their state-of-the-art Compass Memory Support Neighborhood which specializes in holistically treating the symptoms of cognitive issues including Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Forestdale Park is a Volunteers of America Massachusetts Senior Community joining sister communities Nashoba Park in Ayer and Concord Park in West Concord. The community is professionally managed by Senior Living Residences of Braintree, a trusted name in senior housing and care with families and eldercare professionals for over 25 years.

Our residents truly brought the festive fun to this year’s Ugly Sweater Contest! A huge thank you to our special guest judges: Mayor of Malden Gary Christenson, Ward 5 Councillor Ari Taylor, Miss Massachusetts USA 2025 Perianne Caron, and Miss Maine Teen USA 2025 Jazmine Raine Werner for helping us choose the winners.
