Revitalizing Minds Project’s mission is to enhance the lives of individuals who may be facing difficulties in life and difficulties with managing their overall wellness through the use of the creative arts therapies along with traditional therapies. Blending conventional and alternative approaches, we draw a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. Wellness includes mental health, physical health, nutrition, and being provided with a communal support system. At RM Project we work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve those life goals.

Our Intention Setting Circle / Mini Retreat has shifted slightly and will now be held this Friday from 10am–12pm ✨🌱

✨ Intention Setting Circle / Mini Retreat ✨
• A morning of community and creativity to plant seeds for the cycle ahead.
• A gentle, restorative space to slow down, reconnect, and welcome the new lunar cycle with intention.
• We will weave together somatic practices, creative arts, journaling, and collective intention-setting — a sacred pause to realign with your own rhythm.
