VALUED FRIENDS AND CLIENTS:
It is our honor to have you as part of our practice and allowing us to care for your precious fur babies. In many areas of veterinary medicine, burn out and even su***de are increasing due to a changing culture and social media attacks. We have endured these attacks ourselves and find it very sad and upsetting. We take what we do seriously and compassionately. When people post things online they leave out the parts about our doctors talking to them at length about what is going on with their pets. They only highlight the part where they are told we don’t appreciate actions that they take publicly to defame our doctors and our staff. We have recently endured cases of people recruiting others who have no affiliation with our clinic to go online and verbally attack us. We choose not to engage in online Facebook post made defaming us, when we know the truth of the situation. We know facts that are totally being misrepresented from the situation that led up to the consequences. Everyone absolutely has free will, and free speech. But consequences come with free speech when it affects the people that we support and protect. We will not tolerate online bullies attacking our doctors and staff by spreading false information. These people will not be allowed to continue to be seen at our clinic
We want to tell you, our valued friends and clients, how much we appreciate those of you who are encouraging and supportive us. You are the majority, but as in other areas of life, a few can seem to upset the whole bunch. We are choosing positivity and will continue to try to serve you at the level that you are accustomed to. Again, thank you for placing your trust in us.
